THREE WAYS TO WEAR THE CHECK

Find the contrast that suits your room

Choose Silver Grey Plaid, Warm Beige Plaid or Charcoal Black Plaid. Each colour is listed in all three Piece Size options.

Silver Grey Plaid places fine darker marks on a pale ground. Try it against dark upholstery to make the outlined pieces stand out, or with lighter tones for a quieter overall arrangement.

Warm Beige Plaid pairs beige and pale markings for a gentler contrast. Repeat its warm tone in a plain cushion or nearby accessory to bring the room together.

Choose the dimensions for your covered area

The table keeps the exact Piece Size labels and both listed sides in centimetres. These are panel dimensions, rather than guaranteed seat-count fits or independently measured finished sizes.

The 90x90cm option has equal sides. The rectangles share a 110 cm side, paired with either 160 or 240 cm. The longer choice adds 80 cm in one direction only.

Consider both orientations against your plan. Turning a rectangle changes the direction of the plaid as well as which side follows the sofa.

Confirm finished dimensions and tolerances near a size limit. A stretch allowance and fixed size-to-sofa mapping are not supplied.

FOLLOW THE COVERED SURFACE

Plan the backrest edge and drop

A separate backrest piece lets you repeat the plaid while leaving gaps of upholstery visible. Choose where the lower edge should sit and whether the piece should pass over the top.

Follow that route with a flexible tape, then measure across the section. Keep both measurements with a sketch of the intended position.

Measure the remaining areas separately:

Seat: measure across the seat and from back to front, including the drop you want.
Arm: follow the top and your preferred inner or outer drop. Leave the front face exposed if you like that contrast.
Separate back sections: check each one if their shapes or widths differ.

Include any extra fabric you want for folds or overhang. Compare both totals with the two listed sides.

For a chaise or corner sofa, measure each area and confirm suitability. The options do not specify a shaped chaise cover or a guaranteed corner-sofa fit.

BUILD YOUR OWN COMBINATION

Plan panels and finishing touches

List each covered position with its two measurements, colour and Piece Size. Count pieces from those areas, rather than from the sofa’s seat count.

A long seat and separate backrests may need different sizes. If two positions need the same option, keep both on the plan when deciding the quantity.

There is no separate cushion-cover option. Matching cushion covers, inserts and a full sofa set are not established as included with a panel.

Ask separately if you want the matching cushions. You can also finish the look with your own plain cushions, giving the plaid more space to stand out.

Backing composition, a fastening method and a tested grip level are unconfirmed. Ask about suitability for your upholstery if holding position is an essential requirement.
