At Sofa Decor, we partner with trusted logistics providers and suppliers to deliver your orders efficiently. Below, we outline clear timelines and processes to manage expectations.

1. Order Processing Timelines

Processing begins only after payment confirmation.

Standard Orders: Processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Custom/Special Orders: Processed in 8–10 business days (we’ll email updates if delays occur).

Pre-Order Items:

Estimated shipping date is shown on the product page.

We’ll email you with a firm dispatch date once stock arrives.

2. Delivery Timeframes (Australia-Wide)

Delivery starts after processing is complete.

Standard Shipping 6–12 business days
Express Shipping 1–3 business days

Notes:

“Business days” = Weekdays (Mon–Fri), excluding NSW public holidays.

Rural/remote areas may take 2–3 extra days.

3. Shipping Partners & Process

To ensure timely delivery, we work with third-party suppliers and logistics partners who handle packaging and shipping directly.

You’ll receive tracking details from us or our partner once your order is dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Order

Track your package via the link in your dispatch email.

No tracking email? Contact us at support@sofadecor.com.au.

5. Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method or a flat fee may apply, and is subject to change.

6. Delivery Delays

While rare, delays can occur due to:

Courier delays (e.g., weather, high demand).

Supplier or logistics partner processing times.

Incorrect/incomplete shipping address.

Liaise with our partners to resolve issues promptly.

Keep you updated via email if delays arise.

What You Can Do:

Track your order and contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct.

7. Important Notes

Third-Party Suppliers: Some orders may be shipped directly by our suppliers to expedite delivery. While we oversee the process, we are not liable for delays caused by partners.

Address Errors: Notify us within 6 hours of ordering for corrections. Post-dispatch changes may incur fees.
